Definition of done

A technically successful installation is not enough. Customer-zero passes only when a new enterprise operator can complete the full workflow without repository access, internal chat or undocumented maintainer knowledge.

Progress is stored only in this browser. It is not production evidence; attach the real OperationRun, artifact and approval identifiers to your change record.

What happens when a step fails

Stop at the failed outcome, file the missing documentation or product contract as a release issue, fix it against the same candidate line, and restart from the earliest affected acceptance step. Do not teach the customer an undocumented workaround.
