I built ClusterPilot from practical work in software quality, Kubernetes automation and platform operations. The problem was not a lack of tools. It was the missing shared process between infrastructure, cluster changes, testing and handover.
ClusterPilot is founder-led. Questions about the product, technology and use go directly to the person who builds and owns ClusterPilot.
Why ClusterPilot exists
Many tools solve one step. The team still owns the whole process.
Provider APIs create infrastructure. Kubernetes tools bootstrap and change clusters. Package managers install services. Test tools validate outcomes. The safe order, approval, recovery path and results often remain spread across runbooks, terminals and a few experienced people.
ClusterPilot connects those steps through one durable model: plan, check, run, record and recover. It works with existing systems instead of claiming to replace them.
