Use this planning guidance now for an inquiry and pilot proposal. Service commitments require a written agreement.

Before you start

Use your individual pilot proposal as the commercial basis. All platform amounts below come from the same draft catalog as the pricing page. They are not approved contract prices; final scope, taxes and billing terms must be agreed.

Platform + infrastructure = total

The platform fee covers the agreed management scope. Booked compute, storage and other infrastructure are additional positions. A plan's maximum number of nodes does not mean those machines are included for free. You buy ClusterPilot services and do not need to configure a provider account.

ComponentHow to check it
PlatformPlan, management limits, billing interval and confirmed features.
Compute S / M / L / XLBooked count, machine characteristics, running cost and change date in the proposal.
Storage / BackupsCapacity, protection scope, retention and separate costs when offered.
NetworkAgreed endpoints, traffic or other network items with their billing basis.

Read the annual proposal correctly

PlanMonthly platformAnnual · effective monthlyAnnual amount
Starter€39.00€33.15€397.80
Pro€79.00€67.15€805.80
Business€199.00€169.15€2,029.80

Proposed annual platform amount = monthly platform fee × 12 × (1 − 15% discount). The effective monthly amount is that annual total ÷ 12. Annual billing means the annual amount is due according to the agreed billing terms; the effective monthly display is not a monthly payment schedule.

The proposed discount applies only to the platform fee. It does not automatically discount compute, storage, backup or network items. Confirm their separate billing basis and how changes during a billing period are handled.

A useful quote structure

Non-binding calculation structure for a monthly Pro pilot with two workers. The compute prices and other positions are supplied by the actual proposal; there is no invented total.

Non-binding calculation example · no approved total
Pro platform: €79.00 / month (draft)
+ 2 × quoted monthly Compute M price
+ quoted Storage amount
+ optional qualified Backups
+ agreed Network items
= monthly total stated in your pilot proposal

Control changes and cancellation

  • ✓
Keep an inventory of cluster, worker, storage and endpoint changes with their approval date.
  • ✓
Before a resource increase or plan switch, confirm the new recurring total and effective date.
  • ✓
Confirm term, renewal/cancellation, refund or credit handling and resource decommissioning in the pilot agreement.
  • ✓
Arrange a usable data export before authorizing storage deletion or cluster shutdown.

There is no qualified automated checkout or customer billing portal in this journey yet. Use the pilot inquiry and agreed commercial contact for an offer or change request.
