Is ClusterPilot an internal developer platform?+

It supports bounded Kubernetes platform operations. It is not presented as a general developer portal or application platform.

Can authorized users receive unrestricted kubectl access?+

That is not the ClusterPilot product model. The current release exposes bounded workflows and read-oriented context.

Does it replace existing IaC and CI/CD?+

No. Existing infrastructure, policy and application delivery tooling can remain in the architecture while ClusterPilot standardizes the approved operating path.
